Blue and silver pinwheels are spinning in front of the Hancock County Courthouse and the Center for Safe and Healthy Children, 1900 Chapel Drive.
Each of the 333 pinwheels represents a case of child abuse or neglect reported to Child Protective Services at Hancock County Job and Family Services in 2014.
