I found this fresh vantage point a week ago, and have since returned a few times in darkness to catch the sunrise over the city...bad luck on each occasion though, with low cloud blocking the dawn horizon

The view is from Point Grey, high on the ridge on the west side of the city, and looking slightly north of east
