Tower 107 measures 17' x 36' (not including the transformer room) compared to Tower 106 at 19' x 43'. The three windows on the ground floor are the same size and placement relative to the ground and to each other and like Tower 106 are centered on the wall. The upper floor windows are in a 2-5-2 grouping with all windows being the same dimensions. The upper floor windows over the transformer room are the same as the end windows on Tower 106, with two standard windows flanking a larger center window and with the entire window group centered on the north wall.
