Artist Roger Powell is ready to begin work on his 16th "On Common Ground Easter Sand Sculpture" at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
The completed sculpture requires more than 300 tons of sand and approximately 250 man-hours of work.

Work will begin officially on Monday, March 30, but preliminary work could begin anytime.
This annual event is a favorite for the Findlay community.
