HAYNES DESCRIPTION:

The MK2 Saloon was first introduced in October 1959 eventually being available in, 2.4, 3.4 and 3.8lt finally ending up as the 240.
Fitted with the twin overhead camshaft, 2483cc engine, similar to its predecessor, the MK2 dispensed with the very narrow rear wheel track of the earlier MK1 version.
This is the 240 version.
