Yes with D800E by changing the mount to F-mount, and found out the lens cannot focus to infinity.
That is the one of reasons for why CN Tower shot with NEX-5 was not great, will grind the mount.
Or OM->E adapter is too thin and F-mount replacement is too thick? This Zuiko has floating system.
