Poignant portrait of the homeless. He might be wearing everything he owns. V

I saw a documentary about life by the tracks in India. This is a very moving and well captured documentary portrait. V

I think his story would start like this -
Arjun, sat pensively, taking a long deep drag on his cigarette. He imagined more than felt the smoke whisping its way deep into his lungs, travelling intricate pathways to every corner, trying to find its way into his bloodstream. He held his breath for as long as he could because this was his last smoke and he wanted every ounce of that devilish gas to stay within him. Finally, and with much practice he blew it out in a controlled jet stream, out and away to quickly dissipate around him. If only his problems where so easily dissipated. Once I was a great man, once people looked up to me and wished they could be me. Not now. How things had changed since that fateful day.

I love this guy. There is definitely a story behind him. I wish I knew what it was.

What a superb capture, Fern. Makes me wonder why he's sitting near the tracks.
