M in March - mate

My species amaryllis 'hippeastrum striatum' is withering.
As the petals decay the reproductive parts of the bloom grow!
The curly three pronged part is the stigma (female).
It's very sticky and is the receptacle for collecting pollen from the fuzzy anthers(male).
Hoping a seedpod develops soon!
