Nice nature shot. The bird is a bit central, I would have cropped a bit more from the right, just to put the main subject more to the side.
The exposure is good and I like the reflection in the water.
The eyes and the beak are in focus and sharp enough. The colour are nice. I know it is not easy, but I think the feathers could be a bit sharper.
I would like to see a bit more details in the wings. But anyway, very nice.
