We started out on a month long road trip today. We are heading up north for the christening of our twin grandsons, Andrew and Austin. then a visit to some state capitols, a visit with old friends from graduate school, a memorial for Ginny's thesis advisor, Prof. Waugh, then a few days in Williamsburg area and a visit with grandson Peyton on the way back to Houston.

So we got started today with the objective being Chattanooga for an overnight stay on the way to Kennett Square. We drove into some heavy rains, but that was preceeded with a spectacular view of a complete double rainbow. It persisted for quite a while and we really enjoyed the natural splendor of the thing.
