I located many of the Lehmann Toys on the web, and took the names from there. This would be: “Zikra” man on zebra cart.
These fun toys were made in Germany by Lehmann from 1924-1935 and poke fun at man’s attempt to train zebras to pull carts. Here the driver is tipped forward then thrown back as he tightens the reins to hold the zebra back. Known as EPL 752.
