"Blooming" Witch's Butter.

Tremella mesenterica/Goldgelber Zitterling
is a common jelly fungus in the Tremellaceae family of the Agaricomycotina.
It is most frequently found on dead but attached and on recently fallen branches. (Wikipedia)
