Despite the older style buildings, the tie hoodie sign and the curving in traffic lights impart a rather futuristic feel to this.

The effect of the lens works so well here. The sign on the pole has a lot of visual power while the stoplights and the buildings on the left feel like they are closing in on the viewer. Your image makes the viewer have to really look closing and does a wonderful job of distorting reality. Voted
