The Market Square at night

I was really stuck for a photo today. It was dull and overcast. I was busy at work, not finishing until long after dark. I was driving through town when suddenly I remembered that the fountain is back on. Hoped out, took a few shots, 40 photos completed so far this year.

I like the dancing watery light here. Sometimes PAD inspiration is hard to find, but this was a good find!

Yes, I hate that; it always feels rushed. There are some nice light effects in this; it's the sort of thing that you could probably come back to with a tripod and a few other odds and ends and make a real session out of... IF you could ever find the time to do it. I'm trying not to think about the number of shots taken at present. 40's just a reminder that there's 325 to go if I do one every day this year (we shall see) and that's too daunting and intimidating. So until I reach a milestone like 100 I prefer not to think about it.
