Ruaha, Tanzania

These planes are used to get around in this part of the world.
This was actually taken at the airport at Ruaha Game Park, but we
now headed from Lake Tanganyika to Dar es Salaam in a plane like
this before ending our journey.

this is one funky airport...the 'tarmac' looks a bit bumpy, and the wildlife must add spice to landings and takeoffs...
