1967 Humber Hawk

Haynes International Motor Museum, Sparkford, Yeovil, Somerset

HAYNES DESCRIPTION:

The Humber company was first established by Thomas Humber in 1867 as a bicycle manufacturer. The company was one of the oldest in the British motoring company. The name Hawk has been used in the company since the early 40's and indeed this new unitary construction motor car, introduced in 1957, was initially called the 'New Hawk' although the name never appeared on any of the cars. The new body was low and flushed sided with a radiator grill, cowled headlamps and a very large boot.
