The El Paso and Northeastern Railway connected El Paso, Texas and Alamogordo, NM in 1897. This refurbished trestle sits below Cloudcroft, NM and spans Mexican Canyon along US Hwy 82. It was originally built by the Alamogordo and Sacramento Mountain Railway, an offshoot of EP&NE just after the turn of the Century.
