Long-tailed Hermit hummingbird, Phaethornis superciliosus, Veracruz MX
The hermits unlike most other hummingbirds, don't hold territories, don't defend a flower patch. They are "trap line" feeders, working a long circuit of flowering plants.
(So therefore they are less aggressive towards other birds; they are nice and gentle hummers!)
