The Church of San Martin is a Spanish Catholic church which is located in one corner of the Plaza Mayor, in the town of
Trujillo. Its construction began in the fourteenth century and continued for more than a century. It was completed, with
significant modifications to its original plans, during the second half of the sixteenth century, circa 1564.
It consists of a single wide nave made of stone and covered with star-ribbed vaults, with chapels between the buttresses.
There are unique, Gothic architectural elements within the older parts of the building, as well as Renaissance features in its
