Forgot the Ginger

Gathering the ingredients and I realise that I forgot to buy more ginger.
Chili, garlic, lemongrass, limes but no ginger. Hmm.

And last year I was walking around Gosford Estate.

Ginger's not the missing ingredient, steak is. And eggs. Steak and eggs are the missing ingredients. And chips. And hot bread rolls. Those are the missing ingredients.
These ones are very pretty and very colourful and excellent for still life shots with their variety of colours and textures as we can see here. But steak and eggs are for eating.

Great colour! This is my kind of meal, except this looks too good to eat. V

Great colorful and crispy still life. Sad about the ginger... did you try to substitute? V

I'm sure I've mentioned my dislike of chili, but love the rest..sad about the ginger which is such a great flavour.

Those do look delicious, and a crisp, colorful capture of them. Ginger wouldn't have been as nice looking!
