Eons

The mountain Pettersengáisa/383m on Jarfjordfjellet, between Kirkenes and the Russian border at Grense Jacobselv. Not much of a picture,
but it shows some of the oldest surfaced rocks in the world, existing for eons... Just 5 km to the west, in the same geological system, lies Humpen,
the oldest geology exposed to daylight in Norway, a small granite hill that's a whopping 2900 millon years old!
