Santas and friends at the Reno Santa Pub Crawl

Reno, Nevada

Advertised as 1000 Santas under the Reno sign, it didn't disappoint, with I'm sure even higher
numbers. The Christmas trees noticed us first and started cheering, then more and more, until
everyone was watching us. They seemed to be yearning for some further way to celebrate this event,
and my friend Debi was there with the answer. The whole crowd broke into cheers as Debistarted
jumping around and waving her hands. It caught on like wild fire, and voices spiraled up to din of
joyous noise. Ever have the chance to single handedly rev up a crowd of thousands? Must be
how rock stars feel. The event was SO much fun, full of everything from characters from the
Grinch and company... to a group of polar bears, everyone in a great spirits and having a blast.
