This woodland on the outskirts of Ladybank is home to a
rare lowland population of Red Squirrels.
A local dog walker informed me that several 'big cat' sightings
had also been reported there in recent years.
Thankfully nothing bigger than a Golden Retriever roaming around
during any of my visits.
