Folding Sawing Machine - Notes

Washington State

Notes:

Perry: short shreds = best
depends on shape of tooth of
rakers – falls out when
raker comes out; others stick
Raker - tooth toward center = lower
Rakers should be so adjusted
so that you can feel & see
each raker cutting
Set tip of teeth – shinny sides
= deep set
Hard steel saws need less set
In using U anvil it must
be kept up tight against
saw or will break
teeth but it safer &
will not take temper
out of teeth as quick as
other ways
Perry’s set is very small (less then mine)
Atkins setting hammers are 14 oz or less

Canon EOS 5D Mark III
1/20s f/10.0 at 100.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto
