St Martin Parish - Levert - plantation mill and store

Part of the Levert Companies, founded by General Jean Baptiste Levert in 1870. The company is still family owned and is one of the oldest family owned companies still in operation.

The mill is shut down, as is the store.

The sugar mill is and has always been in operation. At present it is a co-operative own in part by the Levert family and local sugar growers.
