Lighthouse

I stand alone
and watch the tide.
I weather storms
to be your guide.

I persevere
the salty spray,
and stay awake
both night and day.

For you, I blow
majestic horns,
thought my bass voice
sounds so forlorn.

I stand in watch
with beacons bright,
to guide by day,
and light the night.

Stay near me now,
you'll not be lost,
I'll guide you through
at any cost.
