That's nicely framed; the arches of the street lights form a visual tunnel for the cars along with the trees down the left side. The sky and heavily glassed buildings do indeed give it a blue feel but that's balanced by the combination of the rusty autumn leaves (and the building about half way down on the left) and the green splashes of the bike route sign and whatever that green object is on the near left. Overall it's a nicely balanced image.
