I don't normally take a photo of the food I eat and I most certainly don't Instagram every meal I have when I eat out but I reckoned this was going to be my catch of the day.
I'm on holidays so we went to The Outlet discount designer village in Banbridge, which isn't so much designer as high street.
I made some modest purchases - jeans, socks, and books.
Then it was time to get something to eat and the thing I love about The Outlet is that, as well as the usual Costa, Starbucks and Burger King, there's a proper restaurant, serving freshly cooked locally produced food.
My panfried salmon with the most sinful new potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce was just delicious.
I heard once that food looks better on white plates which is possibly true but believe me this tasted better than it looks.
