Flower Fly sp.

I believe this is a type of flower or hover fly of the Family Syrphidae.
My best guess is that it is in the Genus Palpada.
I am hoping someone who may know will tell me what species this might be.

A beautiful photo, very nicely captured. It looks like Palpada to me, but I am not overly familiar with that particular genus. V
