I had to laugh as I left the airport hotel in the shuttle in pouring rain and blasting wind...then told we would be shuttled to board the plane out on the tarmac. Thankfully they covered the long steps up so we were not quite drenched as we boarded one hour late due to the fact the weather had held up an incoming flight from Singapore. Take off was okay and by the time we landed in Munich all was fine again.. We resumed our journey at noon and by then I had been awake for hours so dozed for a couple of hours until the inevitable happened...more food !!
Home today was hot and still dry....a suitcase full of laundry to be done and a visit to see my munchkins and deliver small gifts. Ian had to drive as my head was cloudy and I didn't trust myself behind the wheel.
Oh and Chris...remember my iPad was turned upside down ? As soon as we crossed the equator it righted itself....proving we are not down under at all LOL!!!
