GN 171625f placard detail

I ended up with a little of that powdery texture on the slope and end sheets. This is an undesirable texture effect that is probably the result of painting in high humidity with too much air pressure. It's not that easy to get decals to settle on, but a little Future helped the cause. This effect can be found on many Pullman-Standard and Trinity covered hoppers, so yeah, I meant to do that...
