This one's a bit different from your usual style; you've muted the use of the light a great deal compared to many of your shots. Again there's that subtle fade from focus that the f/1.2 lens does so well; the left side of her face is still clear but fading slightly, bringing the emphasis onto her right eye which is bearing in on the viewer. I like the cropping too; with the jacket being a dark shade and not very eye catching the whole thing helps bring the focus straight onto her face. Well done, again.
