Bread Butter Pudding

Cold enough to want some comfort food so I made a pot of beef & vegetable soup and a bread and butter pudding with sultanas, fig jam, nutmeg and some cream...it was lovely.

I've never had a pudding like this, but I'm sure I would love it. And soup is one of my favorites, even in hot weather!
