an alternate look at False Creek...the cement company Ocean Concrete agreed to have their silos painted, which has spruced up the view from the Granville Street Bridge looking over Granville Island

the enhancement of these concrete towers is being carried out by the 'Biennial Project', a group of artists seemingly bent on livening up grey buildings and views worldwide
