La plupart des personnes qui défilent lors des festivals appartiennent à des « Cercles Celtiques». Ce sont des associations destinées à conserver le patrimoine vestimentaire d’une région (appelée «Bro» en breton) et à promouvoir les danses bretonnes auprès d’un large public.
