The Seagull is produced by the People's Republic of China, and is a copy of the
Yashicamat G. A bit chintzy in build, it performs well, however. The Primo Jr.
was made by Topcon, and meant to challenge the Rollei 4x4. It's optics are
very fine indeed. Ironically, neither the Rollei or the Primo held up like the
cheaper Yashica TLRs. The simpler Copal Shutter of the Yashicas were longer lived
probably because of their simplicity.
