Walking fern (Asplenium rhizophyllum)

Knox's Landing, Quebec. Not at all common by any means on either side of the Ottawa River. It is an interesting and unusual looking fern with an interesting growth habit. Where each tip of a frond touches the ground, new plants will grow, giving the illusion that the fern is "walking".
