Here's the junction where the Timberline Trail branches off from the Pacific Crest Trail off to the left and I follow it down to the White River. The Pacific Crest Trail continues south to Mexico. I met a 58 year old woman coming from Mexico on the Pacific Crest Trail and on the way to Canada. Upon inquiry she told me she averaged 25 miles a day, up to 35 miles a day in the easy slopes of Oregon! Wow. Interesting woman.
