Home Cooking

The teen has decided he needs to learn to cook before going to college in September.
I've been giving him some basic lessons as to how to do a steak, chops, scrambled eggs, omelets, etc.
Today he decided he wanted to try a recipe for turkey and mozzarella meatballs.
I simply acted as kitchen assistant, offering a few tips and washing up, while he did the rest.
They were delicious, much better than this poor effort at food photography.
PS I'm on holidays this week which strangely leaves me with less time for commenting than usual!!

They look delicious, and I'm very impressed not only that he wants to learn how to cook, but also that he took the initiative to try a new recipe!

Take your holiday as time to smell the roses....Congratulations S for this effort...has made me hungry. Now if only my mother-in-law had taught her sons to cook :(

Looks and sounds like he had a good teacher to get this delectable looking result. Nice photo too.
