I have seen the writing on the wall - kleivis

Title referes to a line in "The Wall" lyrics by Pink Floyd.

Barrier? separation fence? security fence? anti-terrorist fence? racial segregation wall? Apartheid Wall?

From Wikipedia:
The International Court of Justice, in its advisory opinion on the barrier, wrote it had chosen to use the term "wall"

The BBC's style guide for journalists states "The BBC uses the terms barrier, separation barrier or West Bank barrier as acceptable generic descriptions to avoid the political connotations of "security fence" (preferred by the Israeli government) or "apartheid wall" (preferred by the Palestinians)."[19]

When the Secure Fence Act of 2006 was passed, some pundits observed that an 18-foot wall on parts of the Mexico-US border would benefit only makers of 20-foot ladders.
