Ex-Lw 22+44. Currently preserved in Kemal Atatürk Park, Balikesir as '9-191' and '9-192'.
Good old F-104G 7122/9-122 shows its German origin. Hundreds of obsolete F-104's went to Turkey in the 1980's. This example, being one of the last to go to Turkey and pictured July 1992, clearly is in need of a paintjob. Practice bombs are detached to a home-made centerline construction. Last Turkish Starfighters were retired at Diyarbakir two years later in 1994.
