193 Filo used to the OCU of 9AJU. In 1992, no pilots were trained for the Starfighter, so it became more or less a 'reserve unit'. At least it operated a mixed fleet of not so fresh looking F-104's... The exception was this handsome F-104G 7108/9-108, here pictured on the Akhisar tarmac, with the ejection seat covered against the July heat.

Currently preserved on the Diyarbakir Memorial Line, coded '8-108'.
