On our first evening, we walked to the Strahov Monastery.
The monastery has been occupied by the Premonstratensians since 1143.
The Basilica is a lovely building which dates back to late 1100's.
It has undergone several re-building phases, with the present Baroque style dating from the mid-1700's.
