This is the end of a boot race my running club did a couple of years ago. A boot race consists of a flat out 200m, followed by 10 minutes of recovery, and then a flat out 400m. The winner is the runner with the lowest combined time. It's called a "boot race", because "boot", apparently, is slang for "vomit", which is what you feel like doing after these two races (no-one did). The guy winning this (the 400m) finished 2nd to the guy behind in yellow, who won the 200m.
