Lightning to the East

Tucson, AZ

A discharge from a small cell moving across the northeast part of the Tucson area.
I only ever saw this one discharge (which appeared as a single flash) from this cell,
so I lucked out in managing to capture it with some fairly decent detail.

I love shots of lighting bolts. Once when I tried to capture lighting it hit something too close and I ended up blind for a few hours so will only enjoy photos taken by those that know how. Thanks for sharing. \/
