Coyotes

Parc Omega in Quebec, where the humans are confined to cars and the animals roam freely. Except that the carnivores have fences around their large properties! The sun was shining brightly on these two coyotes giving them a real reddish tinge.

P.S. I still prefer seeing animals in the wild!

Parc Omega is a great place to spend many hours observing the coyotes and wolves in ways that would be impossible in the wild. In the wild we get glimpses of the coyotes. If we are lucky we can watch them for a few minutes. At Parc Omega and other safari parks, you can sit for hours and observe their social interactions in a setting that approaches their natural state.

Something or someone has "got the stare". Are these pack-hunting animals? Similar to wolves?

Beautiful animals and capture! I like both the looks, one super alert and the other sort of cunning. V.
