PCO- I think this is great Holland. Never understood how someone could loose their license, but operate a vehicle on the open road like this. They are dangerous. And if someone would drive a motor vehicle while impaired, well I'm guessing the same would go for the moped. Keep up the good work!
DP - I know exactly where u r coming from. I feel like, in the last 6 months, the number of mopeds seemed to have doubled around the main roads to my home. I can't go anywhere without getting behind one. You would think they would give up because of the cold but they are everywhere, annoying the crap out of me. Never fails, every time that I am running late, I look up and then the reason the traffic is so backed up becomes obviously clear. Another darn dreaded moped ahead hogging the lane!!
