Panning at Slow Shutter Speed

Stafford, Texas

One of my first attempts for the Panning Challenge.
I took 3 photos, trying to lower my shutter speed for each.
This was the best of the 3. I focused on the front of the car instead of the center.
But, I wish the Moody Blue was in focus or not there at all. I could probably paint it out if I were to use PS.

The lighting conditions were tough, the sun was low and harsh and the cars were traveling through the shade of a building.
This photo has been cropped and resized.

I'm going to try to get something better before next Saturday's deadline.
