I support this bill as I have told Rep Rayne Brown one of the co-sponsors. I have others getting down on me about it but if I should have financial responsibility they should to. one of my friends was involved in an accident where a moped/scooter broad sided her and she had to pay for the repairs not the moped rider. IT'S NOT RIGHT! If they are truly turning themselves around then they should be able to supply a little out of pocket to prove it............
