We were a bit wary when we were gardening this weekend
as a neighbour spotted a snake slithering around the
tree next to our garden pond earlier in the week.
Maybe explains why our resident frog has now disappeared?
Seems a snake can lay up to a hundred eggs in your compost
heap so I might be wearing sturdy gardening gloves for a while!
